Seventy-five square metres, designed as a residential sanctuary rather than a showpiece. Rich materiality carries the apartment: deep greens, glass and open-tread oak, chosen to hold up to daily family life rather than just a photograph. Every finish was chosen for how it would feel to live with, not just how it would look on the day the project was handed over.
